When you think about digital appreciation, what springs to mind?  More often or not it is some sort of minimal effort ‘employee benefits’ process where companies can send out a digital voucher to reward good behaviour.  But in RISE Fitness, we see things differently.

What Does Digital Appreciation Mean?

At RISE we have placed building digital appreciation at the heart of the product offering.  This doesn’t just mean getting content up onto your chosen channels, it means that there should be joined up communication across your app and social media channels. This has to encompass community, product, promotion and most importantly personalisation.

Here we believe building a digital relationship with RISE members from the moment they start to interact with the brand. 

Integrate from the Get-go

At RISE we start with a personal online meeting with the new member to carefully build a profile of their goals and their perceived barriers to achieving them.  This inducts the member into the RISE app where they will find all the key resources and allows the RISE coach to start the process of helping this person with thier particular goals.

This is also an intro into how the RISE coach will support the member utilising digital resources blended with personal attention to support what they are doing the rest of the week, when they are not at a session.

Motivation, Personalised Coaching, Quality Information

We understand there is need to general motivation, back to those emoticons, and sure that is fine and part of today’s culture map.  However, the real use of building digital appreciation at a fitness franchise like RISE is the crafting of the online resource to exactly fit each member.

Each member is an individual and so their path to a healthier, fitter version of themselves is personal to them. The RISE coach mentors weekly using real information from the member on how they are progressing, each week different challenges can be tackled.  This means the member gets the support they need while still being part of a group.

Online resources can be vast and generic, it takes a coach to curate that information to best benefit an individual. In this way the member will feel as if they have the best of both worlds, a personalised touch plus the fun of group sessions.  A winning combination.

The reason the group digital aspect is pushed as well as the personal is because each member can gain motivation from seeing other people take part in challenges and activities or where hitting a goal is celebrated.
