Franchise Training – The RISE Fitness Training Camp

Franchise Training – The RISE Fitness Training Camp

Taking up a franchise opportunity is a lot like opening your own business except that you get a big helping hand at the start.  You will already know a bit about the product, after all you have chosen this franchise after a carefully considered process but that is just the start. You will require an intensive, deep dive into all operational aspects of the business before launch, back to school for you!

Introduction

A major part of success with any business, but especially a franchise, is to be well prepared. An important part of a franchise is the training package that the master franchisor offers as part of the initial fee.  Here at RISE Fitness franchise, we have combined online and face to face training to ensure that the training is both comprehensive and time efficient.  Our RISE Fitness Camp.

Initial Set Up

For what we call the structural piece of the business launch goes through Asana software.  This guides you in a logical way to make sure all the relevant legal and administrative elements are in place.  Boring but important!

Some people hate admin and some love it but by using a logical and step by step pathway we know that all the relevant licences and legal boxes are ticked and any potential issues are ironed out at the start.

Training Camp

The RISE training camp is a combination of digital and face to face work.  A deep understanding of the product is required to instil confidence in the business model.  We spend time on each part of the RISE product plus the software systems that are integral to business success to ensure that you have a solid platform to build on.

The RISE product has been developed for a new era of fitness and we take you through not only the outdoor bootcamps but our unique prospect nurturing process and ongoing member coaching and motivation program.  Because the bootcamps are a just a twice a week commitment for the members, the additional membership value is in the digital side and this is where we are different.

Virtuagym is our member facing software that not only takes payment and allows bookings – very important – but helps communications and ongoing prospect nurturing; provides the digital workout library; and links seamlessly to the nutrition plans.  The training here concentrates on building your portal and getting the set up right from the start.  If the initial setup is strong then sticking to the brand operational processes will boost your sales conversion and your member retention.

Myzone is our heart rate tech and is a very dynamic partner both at RISE sessions and importantly the effort boosting challenges when the members are not with you.  This is covered in the face-to-face sessions as you try out the monitors and develop an understanding of this fantastic tool.  This is a clear point of difference between RISE fitness and any other outdoor fitness operator out there.  It takes our coaching of members to another level where a real change to a healthier lifestyle is made much more possible.

The sales and marketing training are focused around creating and nurturing hyper local and high quality prospects.  Ours is a medium to high market product offering so it is crucial that sales time is spent on the right prospects and not tyre kickers!

The initial training is very important but the ongoing regular online support meetings are an extrension to the training camp package that extend over the first twelve months of operation.

Your success is our success and that is why we aim to give you the very best start possible.
