Points are earned weekly across four categories. Check in by 12pm Monday every week.
Agree a personal target with your coach and when you achieve it within the 8 weeks — earn a bonus 10 points!
*Attendance includes any run/walk over 5k, any Myzone online class including Zone Match or Bleep Test, any workout recorded on Myzone where 100 MEPs green or above are recorded, and of course any RISE event!
*1 point per week can also be earned by adding a photo to every session in your Myzone app!
Each week the team member in second place gets to choose a side challenge worth an additional 4 points — with the intention of not only helping the team, but also tactically taking the top spot!
