New Rule for 2025!

Agree a personal target with your coach and when you achieve it within the 8 weeks — earn a bonus 10 points!

*Attendance includes any run/walk over 5k, any Myzone online class including Zone Match or Bleep Test, any workout recorded on Myzone where 100 MEPs green or above are recorded, and of course any RISE event!

*1 point per week can also be earned by adding a photo to every session in your Myzone app!

Each week the team member in second place gets to choose a side challenge worth an additional 4 points — with the intention of not only helping the team, but also tactically taking the top spot!

Do I need to already be a RISE member to enter?+
You don't have to be an existing member — we have a specific FiTiN8 Membership package for £147 that includes your challenge entry, 8 weeks of bootcamp, 2 personal coaching sessions, and a Myzone MZ-3 device worth £129.99.
What is Myzone and do I need one?+
Myzone is a heart rate tracking belt that earns you MEPs (Myzone Effort Points) based on your effort level. It's central to how points are scored in the challenge. If you're on the FiTiN8 Membership, one is included. If you're an existing member, you likely already have one — if not, we can help.
How are points scored?+
Points are earned weekly based on attendance (each session = 1 point), Myzone effort zones (Yellow = 2pts, Red = 3pts), bonus points for early Monday check-ins, Red Zone minutes, and Green Zone MEPs. Plus, agree a personal goal with your coach and hitting it earns a bonus 10 points!
What if I'm a complete beginner?+
Absolutely fine — the challenge is designed for all fitness levels. Your coach will set goals that are right for you, and the team environment means everyone supports each other regardless of ability. Many of our champions started as complete beginners.
What happens after the 8 weeks?+
The winner gets a free month at bootcamp and a free entry into the next challenge. For everyone else, the habits, the community and the results don't stop — most people continue their membership and join the next challenge. There's no long-term contract, just 30 days notice.
Where does the challenge take place?+
The FiTiN8 Challenge runs across all RISE Bootcamp locations. Sessions are outdoor group training, personal coaching, and Myzone-tracked workouts. Check the locations page to find your nearest RISE Bootcamp.
