Welcome to RISE Bootcamps, where we offer more than just a typical bootcamp experience. Our sessions are designed to push you towards your fitness goals with a combination of full body workouts and personalized coaching to help you reach your maximum potential.  Our locations are typically outdoors with some indoor facilities and use myzone and virtuagym technology to support our members not just in our sessions but as importantly outside of our sessions.

 

At RISE Bootcamps, we pride ourselves on offering a hyper-personalized coaching service that is included in all our membership packages. We help our members create their own bespoke nutrition plans to ensure they keep progressing week on week.

 

Our Essential membership includes 8 bootcamp sessions every month, a personal coaching session, access to online classes, nutrition planning, and weekly challenges. Our lesson plans vary but always focus on delivering a full body workout with the aim of achieving between 150 and 200 MEPS or between 400-800 calories.

 

We are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthier, happier life. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our sessions are designed to challenge and push you to your limits.

 

If you’re interested in joining our community, we offer a free trial that can be booked by registering your interest in the location of your choice (Some locations offer a self-booking service). Once you add your details you’ll receive a prompt to complete our quick intake form and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange your visit.

A typical Session will involve working with a team of likeminded people usually in an outdoor setting with your own station and your own kit. Your Energy will be guided by your heart rate and relevant zone, and you will be rewarded after each session with a number of Myzone effort points or MEPS.
